Custom Sewn Cheerleading Flags

You may know this type of custom flag by any of the following names:

Whatever the name, the purpose is the same: to help your cheerleaders rev up the crowd by parading your team logo around on a huge flag.

Our custom applique cheerleading flags are constructed of nylon fabric htat our sewing department layers and stitches together to create your logo. This process is known as appliqué, and is a specialty process that only a few flag makers are capable of. As compared to flimsy screened or digitally printed flags and banners, our rich applique work immediately distinguishes itself as durable, classy hand craftsmanship. Cheerleading, Spirit, and Battle Flags are usually one of two types: a larger flag with the team logo or mascot, and a series of smaller flags that spell out the team or school name.

Specifications

Flag Fabric is typically 200 denier nylon. It is available in 78 colors, which can sometimes be layered to create in-between shades. Many colors are available flame retardant, and those that are not can be treated to make them so.

Spirit flags are typically finished with a pole pocket on one side to accept a pole. We always reinforce the fly end (the side of the flag that flaps in the breeze) with double fabric and triple stitching, to help prevent fraying.
