Hand Sewn Stadium Flags for Sports and Athletic Venues

Our custom, hand sewn applique stadium flags and banners are constructed of sturdy nylon fabric, which our sewing department assembles, stitches, and cuts to create your design. This process is known as appliqué, and is a specialty process that only a few flag and banner makers are capable of. As compared to flimsy screened or digitally printed flags and banners, our rich applique work immediately distinguishes itself as durable, classy hand craftsmanship. Conference members and your school logo can all be flown on custom hand sewn flags outside your stadium or arena, along with US and state flags.

Specifications

Flag Fabric is typically 200 denier nylon. It is available in 78 colors, which can sometimes be layered to create in-between shades.

Outdoor flags are usually finished with heading and grommets. We always reinforce the fly end (the side of the flag that flaps in the breeze) with double fabric and triple stitching, to help prevent fraying. For larger flags (8' x 12' and larger), we will sometimes use a roped heading, where strong synthetic rope is run through the heading material, looped around metal rings at the top and bottom, and then sewn into the heading.
